Movie Marketing Celebrates Earth Day

Yes, it’s true, James Cameron is on a crusade to use the publicity surrounding the world’s biggest box office hit and highly anticipated DVD release of AVATAR to bring attention to global environmental issues which have “fired him up since he was a teenager” (see full story here). In fact, today, there was a ceremony at the Fox lot to symbolically launch AVATAR’s DVD and Blu-ray release with a tree planting ceremony.

Here at Menagerie, we too would like to pay tribute to the planet that gives us life, albeit not luminous blue skin. Come on board, readers as we discover a collection of some of the industry’s finest key arts featuring...you guessed it...Mother Earth. Happy Pandora Day, I mean Earth Day!
